Shipping Carriers

We use a range of reliable shipping carriers including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services to deliver your orders.


Order Processing
  • Payment Confirmation: Your order is processed as soon as your payment is accepted.
  • Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST), excluding Post Office holidays. These holidays include New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) EST on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders received after this cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Time of Arrival

To estimate when your order will arrive, please refer to the following delivery details, noting that the total delivery time is the sum of the handling time and the transit time:

  • Standard Delivery:
    • Handling Time: 1–3 business days
    • Transit Time: 7–25 business days
    • Shipping Fee: $4.99
    • Availability: Monday – Friday
  • Fast Delivery:
    • Handling Time: 1–2 business days
    • Transit Time: 10–15 business days
    • Shipping Fee: $14.99
    • Availability: Monday – Friday

Please Note:
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking details may take 3–7 days to update in the carrier’s system. If you do not see tracking information immediately, please check your spam folder. If your order exceeds the estimated arrival date, please contact our support team for assistance.


Order Tracking
  • After your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipment notification with tracking details.
  • If tracking information is delayed or unavailable, it may indicate that the carrier has not yet scanned your package into their system. Tracking details will update as soon as the package is processed by the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or international addresses.
  • APO/FPO addresses.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
  • Accuracy Is Key: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout.
  • Delays & Additional Fees: Incorrect or missing information may result in delays as we contact you for updates. Orders delivered to an incorrect address or returned to us due to address errors may incur additional shipping fees.
  • Carrier Forwarding: We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage if you request the carrier to forward or redirect your package after it leaves our warehouse.
